Royal jelly honey is a creamy, soft-set flower honey blended with royal jelly, propolis and bee pollen for a richly textured, naturally floral spread.

What Is Royal Jelly Honey?

This smooth flower honey combines three carefully selected bee products: royal jelly, propolis and bee pollen. They are gently blended into soft-set honey, creating a pale golden, spoonable honey with a delicate floral aroma and a naturally creamy texture.

Fresh propolis is sustainably collected directly from the hive using a propolis grid, while surplus bee pollen is collected with care, ensuring plenty remains for the colony. Fresh royal jelly is then added to complete the blend.

How to Use Royal Jelly Honey

Its smooth, soft-set texture makes this a particularly lovely honey for spreading, spooning and stirring into everyday breakfasts.

• Spread generously over warm toast, crumpets or croissants.
• Swirl a spoonful into porridge, yoghurt or overnight oats with berries, nuts or sliced fruit.
• Serve with pancakes, waffles or fresh fruit for a naturally sweet finish.

Where Does It Come From?

Our royal jelly honey comes from Váraljai’s Honey Farm, a family-run apiary near Ásotthalom on the southern Great Hungarian Plain. Beekeeper László Váraljai keeps his own hives and harvests honey and bee products using traditional, considered methods.

Monika visits the farm annually and remains in regular contact with László. She selected this distinctive blend for its silky texture, floral flavour and clear provenance from hive to jar.
