Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that any goods supplied are faulty, they will be replaced free of charge or your money refunded in full as long as the goods are returned to us when requested.
If your return is accepted, because of a faulty product, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is due to an order cancellation or change of mind, then you will be liable for paying for the return postage.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You will not be refunded for minor damage to the exterior packaging of the goods that you have order during transit (e.g. minor dents, scratches or tears in the packaging) when the contents are not compromised.
If you are returning the product because it is simply unwanted, the product must be returned both unopened and in original condition and we will only refund the cost of the product.
It is recommended that all returns are sent via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible if an item does not reach us.
The cost of returning the goods to us will be borne by you, the customer including if you exercise your right to withdraw your purchase in the Cooling-Off Period as specified by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage. You are liable for any damage caused between receipt of the goods and their return to us. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged in transit because they were incorrectly packaged by you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as charcuterie and cheese. These products are exempt from remorse returns once dispatched, as they cannot be safely resold.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not charge a restocking fee, the value of the product will be refunded in full when the item is returned.
