Hungarian Bejgli

Bejglis, also known as beigli, is a Hungarian pastry made with a sweet filling of poppy seeds or walnuts. A traditional festive dessert, you can now enjoy them all year round.

The two classic varieties are mákos bejgli, made with a moreish filling of ground poppy seeds, and diós bejgli, which includes ground walnuts, juicy golden raisins and candied orange peel.

How long does bejgli last?

Our bejglis come with a Best Before date of 28 days from the day of your purchase, so you can now enjoy this Christmas and Easter treat throughout the year. Store them in a cool, dry place until you are ready to begin, then refrigerate after opening.
