This GMO-free organic rice has a higher-than-average protein content and almost four times as much fibre as regular white rice. Its innovative, zero-waste production and cultivation on the Hungarian Great Plain guarantee its unique, environmentally friendly credentials.
Cooking recommendation:
Rinse 75g of rice per person in cold, running water. Place in a saucepan with 175ml of water per portion, then bring to a boil, cover and simmer gently for 10-12 minutes or until the rice is tender.
