This full-bodied single-vineyard Bikavér from St Andrea's Hangács plot is a blend of five different red grape varieties. Deep ruby colour and a complex nose of red and black cherries with supporting oak notes of chocolate and coffee. The wonderfully soft and concentrated palate shows a combination of fresh fruit, gentle spice and some toastiness. Ripe tannins, firm acidity. This beautiful wine is perfect for drinking now and has excellent ageing potential too.
