Squeezy raw acacia honey is a naturally runny honey in a convenient bear-shaped bottle. Kids love it, and it's a delightful addition to your family table.

What Is Squeezy Raw Acacia Honey?

This is the same single-origin acacia honey as our raw Hungarian acacia honey, supplied in an easy-to-use bear-shaped squeeze bottle. Bees gather nectar from black locust blossoms (Robinia pseudoacacia), commonly known as acacia, creating a gentle, refined honey with a light floral aroma, soft citrus notes and a naturally smooth texture.

It is harvested raw, coarsely filtered and unpasteurised, with nothing added or blended in. This is monofloral acacia honey, made predominantly from nectar gathered from black locust blossoms.

Acacia honey naturally stays runny for longer than many floral honeys because it has a naturally higher proportion of fructose relative to glucose. That makes this squeeze bottle particularly practical for drizzling, stirring and measuring.

How to Use Squeezy Raw Acacia Honey

The easy-squeeze bottle makes it simple to add a little delicate sweetness without a sticky spoon.

  • Drizzle over toast, crumpets, porridge, yoghurt, pancakes, waffles or fresh fruit.
  • Squeeze into tea, coffee, smoothies or salad dressings where you want gentle sweetness.
  • Use it in baking, marinades and glazes for chicken, pork or roasted vegetables.
  • Add a finishing drizzle to banana toast, nut butter, warm oats or a bowl of berries.
  • Keep it on the breakfast table as an easy, family-friendly honey for children over 12 months and adults alike.

Serving Tip

Squeeze gently with the nozzle close to the food for a neat drizzle. Wipe the cap after use and close it securely to keep the bottle clean and ready for the next breakfast or bake.

Where Does It Come From?

Our raw acacia honey comes from Váraljai’s Honey Farm, a family-run apiary near Ásotthalom on the southern Great Hungarian Plain. Beekeeper László Váraljai keeps his own hives and works with acacia land in this landscape of forests, meadows and open countryside.

Monika visits the farm annually and remains in regular contact with László. She selected his honey for the Monika's Kitchen range for its clean flavour and clear traceability from hive to bottle.

Independently Tested Acacia Honey

A tested sample of this acacia honey was independently analysed by QSI and complied with the EU Honey Directive requirements. It recorded an HMF value of 18.5mg/kg, below the 40mg/kg maximum applicable to honey.

Its fructose-to-glucose ratio was 1.60, consistent with the naturally slow crystallisation and long-lasting runny texture associated with acacia honey. View the independent QSI analysis.
