Seven Hills Tokaj Gin is an award-winning Hungarian spirit that offers a perfect blend of 21 botanicals, making it a uniquely complex and refined drink.

This gin combines juniper berries, fragrant Hárslevelű grapes sourced from the rich volcanic Tokaji terroir, fresh elderflower blossoms, and linden honey, along with Moroccan coriander, blackcurrant, pink grapefruit, pine buds, and sea-buckthorn, among other herbs and spices. The result is a long-lasting and layered aroma with a sophisticated flavour profile that is evident from the very first sip.

On the palate, the pronounced juniper notes are skilfully balanced with peppercorn and cubeb spice, complemented by the delicate sweetness of elderflower and honey.
