Iván is the flagship single-vineyard Bikavér from Sebestyén Winery, highlighting the unique terroir, grape varieties, and rich heritage of Szekszárd.
Crafted from selected grapes hand-harvested from old vines, this special vintage features an exceptionally layered character. It offers an elegant and refined palate with aromatic spices such as cloves and liquorice, complemented by subtle notes of red and dark berries.

Iván pairs wonderfully with dishes prepared with paprika, including goulash soup and vegetable stews, as well as with beef steak and semi-hard cheeses.
