Spicy venison salami with a piquant character and rich meaty flavour, made from prime cuts of deer meat seasoned with hot paprika and smoked over beechwood. The artisanal charcuterie is traditionally prepared in small batches for an authentic experience.
This spicy salami makes a delicious sandwich filling, or try it as a pizza topping or sliced into risottos. It also goes very well with hard cheese, including Cheddar and Gouda.
Venison is naturally low in cholesterol and has the highest protein content of all game meats.
