This gourmet charcuterie is pork-free, made with free-range venison and water buffalo tallow, then seasoned with Hungarian hot paprika and a unique combination of aromatic fresh spices. Each artisanal salami is made from prime cuts in small batches and smoked over fragrant beech wood for an unforgettable experience. 

Venison is naturally low in cholesterol and has the highest protein content of all game meats.

Delicious on its own, in sandwiches, as a pizza topping or sliced into risottos and pasta sauces. It makes the perfect centrepiece for charcuterie boards, going especially well with hard cheese including Cheddar, Parmesan or Gouda.
