Venison salami is a dry-cured and smoked deer charcuterie. The gentle spicing lets the rich meaty venison flavour and intense wild game character to shine. Each artisanal salami is prepared in small batches from prime cuts of the finest lean venison meat.
Venison salami is delicious on its own, in sandwiches, as a pizza topping or sliced into risotto and pasta sauces. It also makes the perfect centrepiece for charcuterie boards, going exceptionally well with hard cheese, including Cheddar, Parmesan or Gouda.
Venison is naturally low in cholesterol and has the highest protein content of all game meats.
