A simple tejberizs recipe, this traditional rice pudding is a creamy homemade dessert, best served with a handful of berries and some healthy fruit jam.

Rinse the rice, place it in a pan with the water, bring it to a boil, and then simmer it on low heat.
- Once the rice has absorbed all the liquid, add the milk, butter, sugar and vanillin sugar (you can substitute this with vanilla extract).
- Cook until the milk is absorbed, stirring regularly to avoid the rice sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- Serve drizzled with cinnamon powder, a dollop of jam and a handful of fresh berries.
