A traditional Hungarian plum jam made without any preservatives, preserved by heat-treatment only, cooked for long hours in the age-old way. It contains only plums, and has no added sugar. The jam has the highest possible fruit content: 500g of fruit per 100g of the jam. As it has been made just like in our great-grannies' time the natural flavour and aroma of the fruit is very well preserved.
