Compared to traditional noodle makers, the basket prevents the dough from falling over the side and also prevents any injuries to your fingers. The comfortable handle allows you to hold the base in place, and it can be used to hang it from the wall for simple storage.

How should I use it? 

Place the spaetzle maker on top of a pot filled two-thirds with boiling water. Fill the basket with the prepared dough and slide it back and forth, allowing the pasta to drop into the water. Let the noodles cook until they float to the surface.
