Our mangalitsa sausage is made from free-range mangalitza pork and aromatic paprika. This artisan Hungarian chorizo has a rich, smoky, and meaty flavour. Each batch of smoked meat is handmade, expertly dry-aged, and cold-smoked for the best quality.

How can I use it?

Szomor Farm

Established in 1989 within the Kiskunsági National Park, this farm is located in the former floodplain of the Danube River and is part of the second-largest saline steppe in the Hungarian Great Plain.

The animals are allowed to roam freely and graze on a natural diet in this unique grassland. Raised outdoors at a slow pace, their free-range lifestyle results in healthy, fit specimens that produce meat rich in flavour and beneficial Omega fatty acids.
