A whole piece of mangalitsa ham with a rich meaty aroma and melt-in-mouth texture, similar to Jamon Iberico but with an irresistible mangalitsa twist. This artisan charcuterie is prepared from lightly salted free-range mangalitza leg meat and then cold-smoked for a minimum of 18 months.
Mangalitsa ham makes a delicious centrepiece for charcuterie boards, while the ham slices also make a great addition to sandwiches or create a gourmet salad with melon.
Mangalitsa meat is naturally rich in Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and a range of antioxidants, minerals and vitamins.

Szomor Farm was established in 1989 in the Kiskunsági National Park, located in the Danube River's former floodplain and what is the second-largest saline steppe of the Hungarian Great Plain. The animals are allowed to roam freely and graze across this special grassland.
