Finely sliced mangalitza ham prepared from free-range mangalitza leg meat. This artisan charcuterie is lightly salted, cured with unctuous Tokaji Aszu sweet wine and then cold-smoked for at least 18 months. It has an extraordinary meaty aroma and melt-in-the-mouth texture similar to the best Jamon Iberico but with an irresistible mangalitza twist.
Mangalitza ham makes a delicious centrepiece for charcuterie boards, while the ham slices also make a great addition to sandwiches or try as a gourmet pizza topping.
