LAJVER Blanc de Noir 'Incognito' 2023

£14.90

Order by 2pm Monday for next day delivery.

Incognito is a unique blanc de noir white wine from the Kékfrankos red grape, and this special vintage is perfect for surprising your wine-loving friends.

The grape skins are immediately removed during pressing to minimise skin contact, and the wine is finely filtered before bottling for perfect clarity. The result is a fascinating drink with the crispness of a white wine and the nuanced complexity of a red.

Prepare to be captivated by the light, almost ethereal aroma, reminiscent of a rosé. The resplendent fruity palate, a medley of raspberries, fresh cherries, peaches, and exotic citrus fruits, will tantalise your senses. This unusual blend of flavours, characteristic of both red and white grapes, is underpinned by a pure and elegant wine, brimming with energy and showcasing its quintessential Kékfrankos origins.

Food Pairing

A versatile and easy-to-pair vintage, it goes beautifully with light salads, fish dishes, creamy pasta and especially with sushi.
