Mangalitza Ham & Melon Salad

Cut the melon in half. Remove the pips using a small spoon.
Slice the melon into thicker wedges, then remove the skin and cube.
Cut the mangalitza ham slices into thin strips.
Place the melon cubes with the mangalitza ham, rocket and balls of mozzarella balls into a large salad bowl, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar and gently toss to combine.
