Sonkatekercs recipe for making delicious ham and cheese roll ups with a creamy filling of mascarpone with a touch of horseradish. This is a quick appetiser perfect for dinner parties. You can also prepare them ahead of time, slice them into bite-size pieces and serve them on cocktail sticks as finger food.
Ingredients

200g sliced roast turkey breast

250g Mascarpone cheese

100g smoked cheese

3 tbsp horseradish sauce

chives
-
salt

freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Grate the smoked cheese into a bowl, then add the Mascarpone and the horseradish sauce.
Season with salt and pepper, add the finely chopped chives, then mix until combined.
Lay out the roast turkey breast slices, add around one heaped tablespoon of filling, spread around evenly, and roll up into slices.
