Unicum Riserva is a premium spirit created by double aging Zwack Unicum. This process combines the iconic bittersweet flavour with the richness of Tokaj.

The foundation of Unicum Riserva is the original Unicum Liqueur, which is first aged in traditional 80-year-old casks. This initial aging adds depth and character to the spirit.
In the second phase, the liqueur is transferred to barrels that were previously used for aging Tokaji Aszú wines. This not only mellows the flavour but also introduces additional notes of winter spices and fruity aromas.
To enhance this special drink, Dobogo Winery’s 2007 Tokaji Aszú is blended in, creating a perfect harmony between the herbal scent of the liqueur and the seductive, honeyed essence of sweet Tokaji.

For the best experience, chill it before serving and enjoy it neat to stimulate your appetite before a meal, or serve it as a digestif afterward.
