A volcanic Tokaji Furmint with a unique label paying homage to the beloved Hungarian Vizsla, it showcases a joyous side of the region's flagship dry wine.
The wine was partially tank-fermented to retain the grapes' delightful fruitiness, followed by a period of barrel ageing for added depth and character. An appealing nose of white-fleshed fruit and honeyed notes is followed by a smooth, creamy palate dominated by peach and pear, elegantly complemented by the buttery, toasty flavours from barrel ageing. Good structure and firm acidity from the Furmint grapes, ending in a mineral finish.
Food Pairing
Serve with roast, poultry, fish, sushi or some savoury muffins. Pair it with smoked cheese like a traditional Parenica or try it alongside charcuterie.

It's incredibly fruity with peach and pear on the palate and a lovely nose of pear and honey.
