An award-winning Tokaji Aszú 5 Puttonyos Hungarian dessert wine, known as the "king of wines, wine of kings", this is an elegant and unique sweet wine.
You are drawn in by an opulent and intense aroma of honeyed sweetness, mango, orange peel, and fragrant forest mushrooms. The palate is rich in acacia blossoms, marmalade, and tropical notes of passion fruit. This concentrated sweet wine is perfectly balanced by its natural acidity, creating a highly drinkable vintage with a creamy texture and a lingering volcanic mineral finish.
Food Pairing
Tokaji Aszú is the ultimate dessert wine, perfect on its own or when partnered with cakes and patisserie, or pair it with fresh fruit, while it is also our recommended drink of choice to go with goose liver. Prepare a delicious cheese board and serve it with a creamy soft cheese or try it alongside some moreish charcuterie.
