Ground sunflower seeds make a flavourful gluten-free flour, perfect for preparing keto bread, pizza bases and sweet bakes. You can also add it to shakes and smoothies to create a filling and nourishing snack.

Sunflower seeds are naturally rich in minerals and vitamins, especially iron, magnesium, manganese, selenium and zinc. Due to the gentle cold-pressing process, they are low in fat and very low in carbohydrates, with a particularly high protein and fibre content.
