Spicy Mangalitsa Salami 300g
Spicy mangalitsa salami is an artisan gourmet pork charcuterie with an intense meaty flavour and an irresistible piquant touch from aromatic hot paprika. It is made in small batches from free-range fresh mangalitsa meat combined with Hungarian hot paprika, black pepper, nutmeg and allspice, creating a mouth-watering experience.
The salami is delicious in sandwiches, as a pizza topping or sliced into pasta sauces. You can also serve it on your charcuterie boards, it goes especially well with hard cheese, including Cheddar, Parmesan or a Gouda style Baracskai cheese.
Mangalitza meat is naturally rich in Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, minerals and vitamins. Mangalitza pork is also naturally low in cholesterol, making it a healthy choice with potentially heart-protective properties.
