Spicy mangalitza salami has an intensely meaty flavour with a tantalising piquant touch from the addition of aromatic hot paprika. This artisan charcuterie is made in small batches from free-range fresh mangalitza meat combined with Hungarian hot paprika, black pepper, nutmeg and allspice, creating a mouth-watering gourmet experience.
