Our spicy salami is made from the finest cuts of Mangalitsa pork. This artisan charcuterie is infused with aromatic hot paprika for an irresistible kick.

The mangalitza meat is blended with Hungarian hot paprika powder, black pepper, nutmeg, and allspice to create a mouth-watering flavour experience. Each batch is handmade, expertly dry-aged, and cold-smoked for the best quality.

Szomor Farm

Established in 1989 within the Kiskunsági National Park, this farm is located in the former floodplain of the Danube River and is part of the second-largest saline steppe in the Hungarian Great Plain.
