Cherry (cseresznye) pálinka created from the finest sun-kissed fruit, its intense dark chocolate character is rounded out by indulgent marzipan notes. Its layered fruit aroma and natural sweetness make it the perfect pairing for desserts and chocolate cakes or try this with a shot of espresso.
Pálinka is the national spirit of Hungary, renowned as the ‘queen of all fruit brandies’. It is made from only the ripest fruits, which are de-stoned, fermented for 10-15 days, and then distilled. Finally, the pálinka is matured in wooden barrels which infuses it with an additional depth of flavour.
Pálinka is recommended to be served at 16-18 Celsius to maximise its aroma and flavour.
