Gyümölcsleves is a traditional Hungarian fruit soup. This easy recipe uses fresh sour cherries and frozen berries for a refreshing dish perfect for summer.
Ingredients

500g frozen black forest berry mix

250g pitted cherries

200ml single cream

6 tbsp sugar

1 tsp cinnamon powder

4 cloves
Directions
Place the pitted sour cherries in a large pot and add four cups of water.
Add the sugar and spices, then bring to a boil and cook on a low simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the frozen fruit mix. Boil for 2 minutes, then add the single cream and stir until the soup starts to thicken.
Place the pot in cold water, and once it has cooled to lukewarm, put it in the fridge until you are ready to serve it.
