A complex and intense wine, with a rich flavour of honey, propolis, orange peel, mango and sweet spices and only hints of botrytis. The little brother of the world famous Tokaji Aszú, this easy-drinking Tokaji Szamorodni is an everyday luxury.
Food Pairing Recommendation
This sweet white wine pairs very will goose liver, or try it with an apple or cherry pie, as the natural tartness of the fruit is perfectly complemented by the wine. To prepare a delicious cheese board, serve it with blue cheese including Gorgonzola, Stilton and Roquefort.

About the Winemaker
The Tokajicum Winery is situated in the historical wine region of Tokaj, renowned for its white wines, but especially its unique szamorodni and Aszu dessert wines. The winery cultivates grapes on 20 hectares of prime location land, with vines that are 40 years or older, producing wines of real character with a high mineral content.
