Gróf Degenfeld Winery, Tokaj

In 1994, the Count Degenfeld family successfully revived their wine estate in the heart of the Tokaj wine region, ensuring that a tradition over 150 years old lives on with the current generation. Winemaking is deeply intertwined with the family's love and respect for nature. As a result, they have been cultivating their vineyards organically since 2009. The family exclusively uses native grape varieties that thrive in the unique microclimate, producing a range of single-varietal wines. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully vinified with minimal intervention. As a result, each sip offers a taste of Tokaj's authentic volcanic terroir.
