Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Chestnuts

A refreshing gourmet take on this classical side dish, infuse crunchy sprouts and deliciously sweet roasted chestnuts with the irresistibly rich aroma of smoked bacon and venison chorizo.

Ingredients
400g sliced Brussels sprouts

100g sliced chorizo

200g roasted chestnuts

3 tsp mustard

50g diced bacon
black pepper
Directions
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the diced bacon. Cook slowly to gently render the fat out.
Add the sprouts and the finely sliced chorizo. Cook until the sprouts begin to soften, then add the chestnuts and the mustard, season with freshly ground black pepper, stir to combine and cook for another two minutes.
