Unique mangalitza salami, mild but full of character and flavour. This artisan charcuterie product is made in small batches with 80% fresh mangalitza pork and 20% grey cattle beef, and the combination of these two ancient Hungarian breeds with pepper, nutmeg and allspice provides a memorable and intense experience.
This free-range salami is high in Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids as well as a range of antioxidants, minerals and vitamins, while low in cholesterol, making it a healthy choice with heart-protective properties.
Delicious on its own, in sandwiches, as a pizza topping or sliced into risottos and pasta sauces. It makes the perfect centrepiece for charcuterie boards, going especially well with hard cheese including Cheddar, Parmesan or Gouda.
