Mangalitza Salami 220g

Mangalitza salami full of character and an intensely meaty flavour. This artisan charcuterie is made in small batches with 80% fresh mangalitza pork and 20% grey cattle beef. The free-range meat from these two ancient Hungarian breeds is combined with pepper, nutmeg and allspice, creating a memorable gourmet experience.

The salami is delicious on its own, in sandwiches, as a pizza topping or sliced into risottos and pasta sauces. It makes the perfect centrepiece for charcuterie boards, going especially well with hard cheese, including Cheddar, Parmesan or Gouda.

Mangalitza meat is naturally rich in Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids as well as a range of antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. Mangalitza is also naturally low in cholesterol, making it a healthy choice with potential heart-protective properties.
