Tasting Notes

An aromatic and vivacious new blend from the famous Eger wine region, crafted from typical Hungarian grape varieties. Distinct notes of pear, peach and gooseberry complemented by white floral aromas, vanilla and a hint of green herbs. The characteristics of the terroir  are echoed by resplendent notes of ripe fruits and vanilla on the palate, with an intense mineral touch. A complex and balanced structure, this is a sophisticated and velvety wine.

Food Pairing Recommendation

It goes very well with fish and seafood, as well as with dishes featuring fennel and grapefruit. When preparing a cheese board, pair it with washed-rind cheese including Appenzeller, Epoisses and Linburger.
