What is Royal Jelly Honey?
Our beekeeper sustainably harvests fresh, raw propolis directly from the beehive, using a grill to obtain much purer propolis than is typically found in similar products. The excess bee pollen is ethically collected at the same time, ensuring that plenty is left for bees. Since honey does not naturally contain royal jelly, as this is made especially to feed the queen bee, fresh royal jelly is added to the propolis and pollen, and these are gently stirred into a silky-smooth soft-set flower honey.
How should I take it?
With a naturally sweet flavour and an irresistibly creamy texture, it makes an indulgent spread for toast, or you can drizzle it over yoghurt or porridge for a delicious and nutritious start to your day. You can also enjoy it as a healthy alternative to sugar in tea and coffee.
