Lecsó - Hungarian Ratatouille 720ml

Lecsó is the Hungarian ratatouille, a flavourful pepper stew cooked with fresh home-grown bell peppers in a rich tomato sauce using a traditional recipe.

The Lecsó is ready to serve from the bottle. For an authentic experience, dice a medium brown onion and cook until translucent, then add the sauce, slices of Hungarian sausage (kolbász), and a couple of eggs and let it simmer for 5-8 minutes until all the flavours combine. Serve with fluffy white rice or tarhonya pasta.
