How should I use it?

Place the crushed ice inside the bowl, then add the cone. Place the caviar inside the cone to keep it chilled, ensuring every mouthful has a fresh taste.

Use a mother-of-pearl spoon to serve the caviar, avoiding the pure and delicate salty taste of the fish roe being tainted by metal cutlery.

For the best experience, don't keep the caviar out in the air for too long, as it oxidises with time, which may affect its flavour. Also, don't replace caviar in its tin once it has come into contact with air.

To clean the bowl after use, wash it in warm, soapy water. Do not place in the dishwasher.
