This stylish caviar server is the perfect serving dish to present caviar on ice, with the glass bowl making an elegant centrepiece for your dinner table.
The height of the serving bowl is 9cm, and the diameter is 11cm. The server is suitable for holding up to 100g of caviar.
Place the crushed ice inside the bowl, then put the cone over the top. Place the caviar inside the cone to keep it chilled, ensuring that every mouthful has a perfectly fresh taste. Ensure you don’t keep the caviar out in the air for too long, as it oxidises and alters the flavour. Do not replace caviar in its tin once it has come in contact with air.
