"Very fresh and appealing slivers of black truffle with a powerful earthy and deeply savoury aroma. The little bite of truffle has an almost crisp feel to the tooth. The lingering flavour of truffle is very delicious, and the oil leaves your mouth clean. A very useful addition for any chef, on top of a pile of creamy scrambled egg this would be wonderful or equally good perched inside a soft boiled egg."
The truffles are foraged for by abandoned dogs, trained by an animal rescue charity.
