Fasirt recipe for making traditional Hungarian meatballs. The fasírozott patties are crispy on the outside and juicy inside, delicious with mashed potato. You can also enjoy it with a light salad or serve the hamburger patties in a sandwich.
Ingredients

500g pork mince

2 white bread rolls

100g breadcrumbs

2 eggs

1 medium brown onion

3 garlic cloves

vegetable oil

1 tsp dried marjoram

1 tsp smoked paprika

salt

ground black pepper
Directions
Soak the bread rolls briefly, then squeeze out the water.
Sauté the finely diced onion until translucent.
Mix the pork mince with cooked onions, crushed garlic, whisked eggs, spices and crumbled bread rolls in a bowl.
Season with salt and pepper, then form even-sized meat patties with wet hands and roll them in breadcrumbs.
Shallow fry in a skillet for around 5-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
