Whole truffle pieces of aromatic black summer truffle, this gourmet essential is perfect for infusing your dishes with an earthy fresh truffle flavour. The finest fresh truffle mushrooms are collected when they are most fragrant and the whole pieces are gently preserved in their juice to maximise their flavour.

Whole black truffles are an extremely versatile and easy to use ingredient. Simply grate or slice thinly over fresh pasta, risotto or omelettes to create a refined meal with a rich truffle aroma.

The truffles are foraged for by abandoned dogs, trained by an animal rescue charity.
