Linden Honey 500g

Linden tree or lime blossom honey is one of the best tasting raw honey with a rich floral aroma, refreshing citrus taste and a range of health benefits.

Once crystallised, lime honey's buttery consistency makes it easy to spread on toast or layer on cakes, while you can combine it with mustard to make a delicious marinade for meats. Mix it into natural yoghurt to allow its range of flavours to flourish, or drizzle it over a fruit salad for a delightful citrus twist.

Linden tree honey is naturally rich in pollen, vitamins, especially B1 and a range of amino acids. Its potent antiseptic properties make it a popular choice to alleviate the symptoms of colds.
