The flagship white wine of the Kreinbacher estate made from selected grapes, this award-winning white wine from Somló is proof that Furmint can shine in a variety of volcanic terroir.
A distinct cool-climate character in the nose, with aromas of green apple, pear and an attractive florality. Refined and elegant body with vibrant acidity and volcanic minerality, with the sip ending in a pleasantly smooth, long finish.
This furmint would go very well with poultry and seafood dishes, or serve it with a spicy Asian noodle. You can also pair it with washed-rind cheeses such as Appenzeller, Limburger or Taleggio, as well as with some charcuterie.
