A multi-award-winning méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine from the celebrated Kreinbacher Estate.
Attractive fragrance of green apples and citrus with yeasty and floral notes on the nose. The palate has refreshing grapefruit, peach and pineapple, followed by layers of nutty, biscuity flavours and a hint of salt. A firm and persistent mousse, excellent structure and a long, honeyed finish. This is a wine with real depth and character, perfect for transforming any occasion into a special event.
This dry sparkling wine is great to drink on its own when celebrating special moments. It goes well with caviar, smoked salmon and oysters, while its creamy fruitiness makes a delicious pairing for soft cheese and mascarpone.
Serve chilled at 8-11°C and consume at a temperature of 10-11°C

This is seriously classy, with bright acidity and fine, lingering bubbles. There’s great fruit intensity, with honey, pear and crisp apple overlaid with biscuit notes. Culminates in a long, refined finish.
