A friendly and approachable off dry vintage (11.5g/l residual sugar) made from the indigenous Muscat Lunel grape, this is a beautiful example of this variety and a great introduction to aromatic white wine from Tokaj. Expressive and exciting on the nose with flavours of elder, peach, white blossoms and green grape are all absolutely singing. The palate is refined with a defined core and citrus on the mid palate. A delightful acidity and mineral nuances tie the wine together. Sunshine in a bottle.

The beguiling flowery taste of the lime honey combines perfectly with the nutty flavour of the sunflower oil and the slight-acidity of the mustard, all given a mouth-watering twist by the addition of sweet paprika smoked on aromatic beech wood, as well as a bit of hot paprika for that irresistible kick.
