Grey cattle, or Szürkemarha, is an ancient, native Hungarian breed. These grass-fed free-range animals graze in a National Park, ensuring a high-quality product. The salami is prepared in small batches, dry-aged, and cold-smoked.

Szomor Farm

Established in 1989 within the Kiskunsági National Park, this farm is located in the former floodplain of the Danube River and is part of the second-largest saline steppe in the Hungarian Great Plain.
