TOKAJICUM Tokaji Dry Szamorodni 2020
Couldn't load pickup availability
This Tokaji Dry Szamorodni is an intriguing and exciting wine, made in a unique style that was once popular throughout Tokaj, however it is now a rarity.
Once opened, the aromas are reminiscent of Fino or Barbadillo Sherry, as the oxidative nutty flavours are a delightful accent to a rich honey note. The botrytised berries offer complexity, with ripe dried fruit flavours rounded out by touches of oak and vanilla from the barrel ageing.
Food Pairing
Goes very well with minestrone soup, Spanish garlic prawns, cured ham or tomato insalata.
