The ultimate dessert wine, perfect on its own or when partnered with cakes and patisserie, especially fruit cakes and pies. It is also our recommended drink of choice to go with goose liver. To prepare a delicious cheese board, serve it with blue cheese including Gorgonzola, Stilton and Roquefort, while it is also perfect with charcuterie.

Tokajicum Winery, Tokaj - Protected Designation of Origin (PDO)
The Tokajicum Winery is situated in the historical wine region of Tokaj, renowned for its white wines, but especially its unique Late Harvest and Aszu dessert wines. The winery cultivates grapes on 20 hectares of prime location land, with vines that are 40 years or older, producing wines of real character with a high mineral content.
A light pastry infused with the irresistible summery fruit aromas of traditionally made apricot jam. Each bite of this delicious bake is a little bit of heaven.
The ripe and juicy berries with their natural sweetness are balanced beautifully by the acidity of the fragrant balsamic vinegar and the tartness of the yoghurt, creating a light dessert and a delightful treat that is refreshing and indulgent in equal measure.
