BOLYKI Egri Csillag 2023
Couldn't load pickup availability
Egri Csillag is the white wine equivalent of the famed Egri Bikavér, and this refreshing and joyful blend is the perfect choice for warm summer days.
A dry white wine made by combining native Hungarian varieties with Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling, it has an enticingly floral aroma rounded out by juicy citrus notes. Lively acidity with a crisp palate of white fruits and peach ends in a chalky, mineral finish.
Food pairing
Beyond the obvious fish and seafood choices, try pairing it with a meaty gourmet pizza. Washed-rind cheese such as Appenzeller, Epoisses and Limburger will also be great matches.
