Quail egg tagliatelle is a gourmet pasta made from the finest wheat flour and 12 eggs, for a unique alternative to regular pasta with an intense flavour.
Free-range quail eggs are healthier than chicken eggs, containing less saturated fat and are lower in cholesterol. Quail eggs are also naturally rich is Vitamins A & B, and minerals including iron and phosphor. This versatile pasta is perfect for making all your favourite recipes.
Cooking recommendation:
Per portion (60g), boil 600ml of water in a saucepan. Add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes until it reaches the desired al dente texture. Strain and it is ready to serve.
