What is Propolis Tincture?

• Our beekeeper sustainably harvests fresh, raw propolis directly from the beehive, using a grill to obtain propolis of much higher purity than is typically found in similar products.
• Please note that due to the minimal impurities present, the extract is almost clear in colour, but this does not affect its strength.
• The propolis granules are dissolved in alcohol, creating a powerful liquid extract suitable for vegetarians.
• It is not recommended for children under the age of 14, and if you are allergic to bee stings.

How should I take it?

• Propolis extract is easy to take; simply add 10-15 drops daily to a warm beverage to reap its numerous health benefits. You can easily measure the right amount by using the handy pipette.
• There is no single best time to take propolis, but if you take it in the morning, then you won't forget it later if something comes up.
• You can also apply this versatile tincture as a topical ointment for cuts, bruises, and minor skin burns.
