What is Hot Gulyáskrém?

It is the piquant version of this popular Hungarian ingredient, made with selected premium-quality spicy raw peppers, tomatoes, onion and a unique blend of aromatic herbs and spices.

How can I use it?

• Perfect for cooking traditional dishes like goulash soup and chicken paprikash, or try it when making curries for a fusion-cuisine experience. 
  
  • Use about 1 tablespoon (approximately 25g) for 4 portions. Since it is preserved with salt, adjust your recipes accordingly. For the best result, add it at the beginning of the cooking process so that the meat and vegetables have time to absorb the flavours, but err on the side of caution with the amount, as you can always fine-tweak it at the end.
• A dash of gulyáskrém will also give a spicy twist to your sandwiches, wraps and pizza.
• Add it to sauces and marinades for a touch of tongue-tingling flavour, and you can combine it with the mild version to temper the heat.
