Raw bee pollen is one of nature's best superfoods, and these healthy granules, fresh from the hive, are perfect for naturally boosting your immune system.

What is it?

Bee pollen is collected from flower blossoms by bees as they forage for nectar. Once back at the hive, they deposit it, forming larger grains. Our expert beekeeper ethically collects the excess fresh pollen, ensuring that enough remains for the optimal functioning of the colony.

How should I take it?

The pollen granules have a mildly sweet and floral flavour. For adults, it's recommended to take approximately 5–10 grams daily, and you can gradually increase the dosage if your body responds positively.

Its delicious taste makes it a great addition to smoothie recipes, or you can sprinkle the it over porridge, yoghurt, or ice cream for a chewy treat and a perfect start to your day.

Health Benefits

  • Pure bee pollen is an excellent source of amino acids, enzymes, minerals, protein, and vitamins—a true superfood.
  • Regular consumption may lead to improved gut health and a stronger immune system.
  • Daily intake can also help reduce inflammation, speed up wound healing, and result in softer, rejuvenated-looking skin.

You can further enhance its effectiveness by combining it with creamy, soft-set honey that already includes royal jelly, propolis, and pollen blended into it.
